Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

With our Risk Free Mask Guarantee program, any eligible* CPAP Mask purchased from CpapSpace may be exchanged within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Simply choose one of the following options:

  • Fill out the 30 Days Risk Free Submission Form to request the exchange by clicking 
  • or Email us directly at returns@cpapspace.com

Exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Client is responsible for shipping the mask back to CpapSpace. CpapSpace will cover shipping for the new mask to the client.

*Exchanges are done on masks of the same value. If exchanging with a mask of a higher value, the price difference will be charged. If exchanging with a mask of a lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to the original method of payment.

 

Returns for Refund

Full Refund will be granted on any CPAP Mask or CPAP Accessory purchased from CpapSpace within 30 days from the initial purchase date if the item is in SEALED PACKAGING. A 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from any refund within 30 Days.

Refunds are not permitted outside of 30 days or on items that have been opened. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.   

 

Warranty Policy

All products purchased come with a manufacturer's standard warranty. CpapSpace will assist the customer in working with the manufacturer, if needed, in the event of a warranty replacement. 

Items within the warranty period will be replaced or repaired if defective or damaged under the Manufacturer Warranty Program. If you need to request a return under the warranty program, send us an email at returns@cpapspace.com 

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
